This handout summarises models of leadership styles. It highlights four models that leaders can use to help them understand how using a different style in different situations can get different and hopefully more desirable responses from followers.
Also attached is a leadership styles questionnaire to identify whether your preference or pattern as a leader is to tell, sell, consult or empower.
