Facilitators group

Our 15 facilitators were shortlisted from hundreds of expression of interest forms from facilitators across Northern Ireland and the  6  Border Counties of the Republic of Ireland.

  Selecting the facilitators was a difficult task due to the high level of expertise and experience of those who applied.  Many of those who were not selected for this programme were put on a reserve list for the future.    The final group of facilitators were chosen for their high level of expertise, experience and ability to travel throughout Northern Ireland and the Border Counties  of the Republic of Ireland .   They will play a vital role in the success of the Community Leadership Programme as they will work closely with the groups involved. 
 We are confident that the facilitators will enable the partipating groups and individuals to engage fully with the programme and to develop thier knowledge and confidence in leading their groups and communities in the future.
