I have worked in the voluntary and community sector for 15 years and bring a range of skills in strategic and business planning, monitoring and evaluation, consultation and programme management.

I have mentored/coached a wide range of organisations within the arts, voluntary and community and public sectors.

I have worked in the NI voluntary and community sector for over 20 years.

For the past nine years I have run my own consultancy business providing a full range of business services exclusively for ‘not for profit client'.

My key skills are: fundraising/income generation/ financial sustainability, capital project management, research and evaluation, mentoring/training and teaching.

 

Main role: 
Facilitator

I have been working in and around the voluntary sector for 18 years, both as an employee and as a self-employed consultant and trainer.

I provide facilitation and training in group development, strategic planning and review and evaluation.

Much of my work in recent years has been with the women's sector.

I am the author of Women and the Conflict: Talking about the Troubles and Planning for the Future (Sept 2008).
