I have worked in the voluntary and community sector for 15 years and bring a range of skills in strategic and business planning, monitoring and evaluation, consultation and programme management.
I have mentored/coached a wide range of organisations within the arts, voluntary and community and public sectors.
I am passionate about the environment, arts, community / community relations and exploring creative ways of bringing the 3 aspects together in the work I do.
Facilitation and training are my preferred ways of working - using creative and collaborative practices to achieve the outcomes.
I lead a community consultancy working with the community and voluntary sector, local authorities, small businesses and umbrella resource organisations.
