RTWs Great Success

Richard ORawe's picture

I thought that the three RTWs were a great success.  Seems to me that the preparation time was well worth it because the Facilitator input was so smooth.  It made the RTWs the success they were in terms of your role in being able to expalin the programme in easy to understand terms.

The quality of support available to the groups is excellent and the process skills of everyone came to the fore in making the most of the time and getting things off to a good start.

If you have any ideas for improvement please let me know and if you want to suggest subject areas for the second RTW in October do share.  At the minute I am thinking of: roundtable summary of progress to date incl. Action learning Project; focus on community development and good relations with a guest speaker.

Best regards

Ricky

Ricky

For the October RTW I think Joe Hinds could cover the subjects of community development and good relations as good as anyone.

I couldn't agree more with Ricky. I think the RTW's worked out really well and the groups now feel ready to move into the programme, whilst very much feeling that they are part of a "special" group.

Well done everyone and best wishes for the ALS sessions,

Tommy
