Project writing-up time for Certificate in Management Practice groups

Anita MacNabb's picture

Second year students doing the Certificate in Management Practice are reviewing their Action Learning Project and writing up the lessons.  Having attended the Management Project workshop in Jordanstown and Magee, students are doing their final assessment and finding it a very useful exercise.  The projects included some very innovative ideas such as a memorial stained glass window and many designed to enhance community involvement such as fun days, celebrations and newsletters.  All provided an opportunity to demonstrate leadership and team building in action as well as project planning and delivery skills.  The Management Project module draws all the learning from the Community Leadership Programme together and is also useful preparation for the ILM presentation  and the Action Learning Project report required by NICVA.
