Project Planning Resource
Hi everyone
I hope you are all enjoying your Facilitation role with your various groups. I am really enjoying working with my groups (Hillcrest House Family Centre and Rainbow Parenting Group). I developed some Project Planning slides for one of my sessions which I am more than happy to share with you all (using information from the wonderful resource library on the website and some other bits and pieces borrowed and created). I have deliberately made them text ‘heavy’ and long as I wanted to leave my group with a set of slides that they could use as a resource tool post the session and still understand what the bullet points mean etc. If you can use them with any of your groups please feel free. If they are not your style just adapt them to suit / cut them down as necessary – they are hopefully attached! Hope to see you all at one of the RTWs. Best, Wendy

Thank you for sharing your resources Wendy. I think that it is always good to take a fresh look at a topic from another person's perspective. If any other facilitators have materials which they think would be useful to other groups and facilitators please put them on the website.
