Hillcrest House Family Centre Celebrate Programme Success

Hillcrest House Family Centre has successfully completed the Community Leadership Programme. Participation in the Programme has not only lead Hillcrest House to enhance it’s performance organisationally but it has also lead to personal growth for the individual participants. Throughout the Programme the organisation demonstrated a high level of commitment and a real desire to enhance it’s overall professionalism.
Participation on the Community Leadership Programme was timely for the organisation. Having come through a period of instability Hillcrest House needed to take a step back and re-plan its strategy for future development.
