First meeting of Seaview Primary School PTA CLP Group

Our first meeting was held on Thursday 25 March 2010 in Alan & Julie's house.

In attendance were Alan & Julie O'Neill (obviously!), Eric Wilson, Caroline Bermingham, Amy Hamilton and Lil' Lola Hamilton and facilitator Steve.

Topic for the evening - Introduction to Leadership/Facilitative Leadership

'Facilitative Leaders create the conditions for people to work together to achieve a common goal'

We discussed - 

• Building an Agreement
• What makes a good leader  - good and bad points

and we each chose someone in our lives who has been a good leader and discussed the reasons why.
