Hi to all CLP groups, book in now to get a slot that suits you!

Over the next few months we will be making a free customised promotional film for each group.  This is a great opportunity for you to talk about your group, to promote and to raise awareness of your work locally, it can be put onto your website, facebook page or can be played at events or given to funders.

HOW?

For handiness we’re travelling to the same hotel on the day that the CLP fundraising advice clinics are happening.  First step is to book your filming slot for September/October by completing the information form, so book in now to get a time and location that suits you best. If the date doesn't suit, maybe someone else in you group could do it?  Click here to book in if you don’t book in we will ring you between now and the middle of September to book you in over the phone. 

WHO?

Only one representative from each group can be filmed but you can bring a friend for support.  A good speaker who knows your group well or your chairperson would be ideal.  Take a look at the production tips on the booking page for information on what to wear etc.

PHOTOS

This is a must! One of the key elements in the filming process is to bring a good range of photographs that summarises your organization; variety of groups, projects and ages, shots of the building etc, so keep your camera snapping. Videos are also welcomed, just bring them on a USB key/Memory Key or on CD/DVD.

QUESTIONS?

All the questions will be about your group and what you do eg

- What is your group about?

- What have you gained through CLP?

- What impact is your group having on the community?
