We would just like to say a big thanks to Bernard Black our facilitator for everything he has done for us over the past year.  He was excellent with us and didn't bang our heads together when we needed it! We were at an all time low when we came on the programme and I thought we would never make it out the other side but we did and are far stronger for it.  THANKS BERNARD XXXXXX
