The University of Ulster invites expressions of interest for places on this year’s Accreditation for Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) taking place in Jordanstown from 8-11 May and again on 14 May 2012. This intensive fast-track course provides the opportunity for people in the voluntary and community sector to convert experience into university credits. Along with a Portfolio of Learning Outcomes it also offers the prospect of entry into the second year of the BSc Honours Community Development. Cost: APEL concessionary fee £166 (Portfolio submission £250) To receive information contact Isy Hawthorne-Steele, Rosemary Moreland or Eilish Rooney.
